Precision Home Inspection,

 I was really amazed at the time and effort you put in to my home inspection. When Hank and Lee both showed up and spent so much time inspecting and explaining their findings and then following up with such an extensive report....... it was all very impressive. It was very comforting to know that Lee is also a licensed PE because of the structual  problem that existed. We originally were going to get our house inspected by my realtor's recommended home inspector. I came upon your site and read through it. What you said about your company having no interest in the sale of the house made a lot of sense. I can see how real estate agents and mortgage brokers would want to see the sale go through so why would they recommend someone to inspect it who didn't think the same way. I applaud you and your brother for your ethics. The inspection you did for us was very thorough. I thought I could do the inspection myself but the items you detected I would have never found or thought of.
